Shipping policy

Your physical items will ship within 5 BUSINESS days (M-F) with tracked shipping and insurance via USPS to the mailing address you enter. Author Samara Reed is not responsible for books sent to incorrect addresses unless the address you enter does not match the address she's entered, please check your address carefully.

Books damaged in transit should be claimed on insurance through USPS for a refund. Once the books leave Samara's hands, she is no longer responsible for their arrival time, or condition.

If something is incorrect with the copy of the book you receive, aside from damage, please contact authorsamarareed@gmail.com
